The Seahorse Reef Mahjong Mat — Neoprene

Seven seahorses, drawn like plates out of a Victorian natural history folio, floating through a reef in every direction.

Deep teal bodies with every scale plate and spine articulated, coral-red dorsal fins, curled tails. Around them: branching red coral, pale sea fronds in sage and cream, and small blush blossoms scattered through — all on a soft aqua ground with a matching bound edge.

This is the more detailed of the two seahorse mats and the more traditional. Where the Cabana reads beach club, this reads library of a house on the water. It's busy and it still plays well, because the pattern is pale and the tiles sit above it rather than in it.
