Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@luxurymahjong.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back until your return is approved. Packages sent without an approved return can't be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email hello@luxurymahjong.com.
