Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM CST)

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work swiftly to resolve the matter and ensure your complete satisfaction.
