Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, inserts, and accessories intact.
The item was purchased directly through luxurymahjong.com.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or personalized orders
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Please do not ship items back without first receiving authorization from our team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the credit.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
